I tried to return my order the whole process has been such a headache. It turned into a back-and-forth of emails, the replies were slow, and the instructions weren’t clear at all. I’m still waiting on my refund, which makes it feel like they’re more interested in holding onto my money than actually helping customers. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again

The dress fit fine overall, but the color was definitely darker in person than it looked in the photos. It wasn’t terrible, just not really what I thought I was getting. I also felt a bit passed around when trying to figure out what my options were, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

Overall, it looked nice on and the shape was flattering, so I wanted to like it more. The waist just felt a little off to me, not terrible, but weird enough that I noticed it when wearing it

My order showed up with items I didn’t even pick, which was frustrating. I’m sure other customers would feel the same way if they were expecting one thing and got something completely different.

I ordered from flaxmaker.com because I wanted something easy, light, and soft for warmer days, and the fabric is exactly what I was hoping for. It feels really nice on my skin, not scratchy at all, and it doesn’t have that heavy or stiff feeling some linen-style pieces can have.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the fit was a little different than I pictured, but I’ll admit that’s probably on me for not paying closer attention to the sizing details. It’s still totally wearable, and after washing it held up fine, just a bit wrinkly like you’d expect. Overall I’m happy with it and would order again.

The stuff looks nice, not gonna lie, but the prices feel a little steep for what you actually get. It’s not a total rip-off or anything, just not the best bang for your buck. I’d probably shop here again if there was a decent sale or something

The item itself was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. It felt cheap and was partly crushed when it arrived, and nothing seemed to be wrapped all that well. Anyway... for the price, I expected a little more care

I got a 25% off code from their pop-up and figured I’d use it, but when I went to check out it kept saying the code wasn’t valid, then I refreshed the page and the sale price had changed too, which was just really frustrating and made the whole thing feel sketchy.
I reached out to support thinking maybe they’d help, but all I got back was a generic response about promotions being able to change anytime, so it felt like I was being baited and I ended up not ordering anything, and I don’t see myself trying again.

It fit good overall!! Just a tiny bit loose, but nothing too bad...

I had an issue with my order, and to be fair, they did eventually get it sorted out. But I’m absolutely convinced it took way longer than it needed to. I had to keep checking in and asking for updates, which got frustrating. Glad it was fixed in the end, but the whole thing definitely dragged on too much

I requested a refund last week, or maybe it was earlier this week, I can’t remember exactly—but it’s been several days and I’m still waiting. Not the best experience, especially when I expected it to be handled a lot quicker.

I really wanted to like this because the style looked nice and it seemed good in the photos. Unfortunately, once it arrived, the fabric felt cheap and rough against the skin. It’s wearable, but not nearly as comfortable or high-quality as I was hoping for

I bought a swimsuit from Flaxmaker because it looked really nice in the pictures, but the support was terrible. The top felt flimsy and didn’t hold anything in place, so it wasn’t comfortable to wear at all. I was also annoyed because the product details didn’t really make it clear how little structure it had, which would’ve been helpful to know before ordering. It looked okay online, but in person it just didn’t work for me. I wouldn’t buy swimwear from them again

I spent some time browsing flaxmaker.com, it felt straightforward to use. The pages loaded without any issues on my end, and the menu had a clear enough layout that I wasn’t getting annoyed or lost trying to find things.

The only thing I’d say is that some of the product details could be a little easier to spot, especially when looking on mobile. But overall, the site gave off a smooth, reliable feel, and checkout was simple enough that I’d call it a good experience

I ordered two pieces in the exact same size, and somehow they fit completely different. One was snug, and the other was way too loose around the waist. Like, how is this okay? The fabric was fine, but I don’t want to have to guess my size every time I order. Dealing with the return just made the whole thing even more annoying.

I reached out by email and the replies I got were actually really helpful!!! Everything was clear and easy to understand, and it made the whole thing a lot less stressful!!!
